Founder & CEO:
Brandon M. Iddings, CPA, ChFC, PFS, MAcc
Brandon is the founder and CEO of Genesis. He formed Genesis in 2016 in Phoenix, Arizona before re-locating and re-establishing in North Idaho in 2018. Brandon is a U.S Veteran, Certified Public Accountant (dually licensed in ID & AZ), Chartered Financial Consultant, and Personal Financial Specialist. He graduated with distinction from Keller Graduate School of Management with a Masters Degree in Accountancy in 2015.
Brandon has experience in government payroll and accounting. However, most of his professional career has been spent in public accounting where he has worked extensively with high net worth individuals and small, closely held businesses providing tax preparation, tax planning, accounting, consulting, payroll and bookkeeping services.

Prior to enlisting in the USAF, Brandon spent many years as a landscape supervisor in his fathers business, and knows much about the landscape industry from both functional and financial perspectives. Brandon has a passion for micro-startup businesses, and because of his unique experience in a home services business, decided that Genesis would be the go-to accounting and tax firm for business owners in the home services industry.
Brandon enjoys spending time with his family, serving at his church, hunting, fishing and camping. He is always looking for ways to further his education and knowledge to bring his clients value.

While we do offer annual tax preparation services, we do not model the 'prep and go' firm that cuts corners and wants to get you in and out the door as fast as possible. All of our work is reviewed, and performed in accordance with professional standards for CPA's outlined by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
